Q: How to force the cars to take the green path instead of the red/orange one and by the way prevent stupids jams?
A: Instead of placing 2 expressways roads at red an orange location, just replace the entrance road (orange one), by a simple one-way road! The speed on them is lower, and the pathfinder will try to go from A to B as fast as possible, so it will avoid one-way roads when an expressway is placed.
Q: Why not placing a one-way road instead of a normal expressway road exit?
A: Because the cars will slow down on the main expressway and therefore block the main traffic! However you can do it if the one-way road isn't directly connected to the expressway in this case.

请验证后再发表评论，选路系统早就已经证明没有大的问题了（时间最短，不是距离最短）。
时间不够就不翻译了，没几个难的单词和句式，大部分人应该就能看懂。
