插件说明： A simple, medium-wealth 1960s style motel which has been given a modern, but retro-themed refit and paint job. Loosely inspired by the Envoy Motel which once stood in Atlantic City. This building has a similar set of values to the in-game Indigo Family Centre, and should grow at similar frequency in young cities.
