How will be appear a very tall skyscraper, if the communist goverment wanted a bulid something like Sears Tower or WTC in early 70's? This is our answer.
<br />Based on Vasilevsky Bank Tower skelet we maded a very tall (531 m) office building. For spring of course - building have springs' colours. This version contains nighteffects (sorry - but I haven't much time to render it), and FOI Descriptor (see more in installation section).

<br />BTW. Render took 30 hours 10 minutes and 5 seconds on Sempron 64 2600+ and 768 MB RAM.

<br />Installation:
<br />First, make sure, that's all programs and game are closed. Simply extract files: *.SC4Model, *.SC4Desc, *.SC4Lot to folder: My Documents\Sim City 4\Plugins without descriptor from Fast Occupants Increasing Descriptor Folder for now. Run Sim City 4. If you have in your city much needs for CO$$ (more than 3500), on 5x5 commercial tile will be appear lite version, which contains 3857 CO$$ jobs. You can stay with this version or you can install very huge version. Save your city and exit Sim City 4, then extract archive again, cut Descriptor File from Fast Occupants Increasing Descriptor Folder to main plugins folder. If system ask to overwrite - apply. Then Run SC4, load your city and then you have very big building with many occupants.
