插件原名：Moontower

插件用途/说明：插件出现在治安消防选项里,有治安作用.This is a remake of the tall light towers we have here in Austin, called Moontowers. They were built in the 1890's to add soft light to poorly lit neighborhoods. I have created the tower on a police lot, and then altered the dimensions. The tower is a police building and function similar to the useless kiosk, its performance however is better than the kiosk. It has the same demand creation as the small police station. It has no jail cells, and no dispatch vehicles. It was designed to simply be a crime deterrent structure for wherever you place it in your city. I have tested it, and it works just fine. I am having trouble getting the plug in for BAT lights to install, so I don't have a shot of it at night. The lights from the fixtures, are visibly shining on the top parts of the tower, to give the impression that the tower is shining its light all around. Your comment are welcome, so tell me what you think. This is my first upload of any kind to the exchange, and I have one more planned to go up either today or tom. so keep your eyes open for that.
