Avenue Roundabout Fillers

This package contains four avenue roundabout fillers for use in the middle of avenue roundabouts. Six lots are available to choose from.
Note that you must plop the avenue roundabout first, demolish the middle four tiles then build the roundabout filler in the middle of the roundabout.
Pedestrian Underpass
Stinking and humid, this pedestrian underpass should have been closed down a long time ago, as this place is mostly just used as a hangout for hoodlums, criminals and bums.
Fountain
This fountain has huge oversized gold and silver coins at the bottom of the fountain. The fountain walls and bottom are all covered in beautiful mosaic patterns.
Generic
These are just your average roundabout pieces, nothing special about them, and can be used anywhere and everywhere from downtown areas to suburbs. There are 2 different versions. One with just a curb, grass and signs, and one with rails added.

Installation Instructions

To install, simply extract the folder BLAM Glenni Avenue Roundabouts to My Documents/SimCity 4/Plugins. It is recommended that you create a BLaM subfolder in your plugins folder for ease of organisation. It is recommended you keep the original .zip file along with the readme in a safe place in the event a back-up of your plugins folder is required.

Typical buildings outside a city-centre. These buildings are consist of urban apartments and can be found throughout German towns and cities. In this case they come from along the river bank of the Rhine Oberwesel (1) and a street in Cochem (2) leading to the railiwaystation.

Two nice buildings from the 19th century to grow in your German cities. These ‘Gruenderzeit’ buildings where built just after the unification and some fine examples can be found in most German towns and cities. Unfortunately many were destroyed during the Second World War. However, I found these buildings for you to use in the game!

Two wealthy German villas for your cities to grow. The first villa was built just after the German unification and the second one doesn’t really exist in the present form. It’s actually part of a bigger W2W block in the town of Karlshafen (which is surprisingly small for a town with such centre athmosphere).

意大利式的建筑！！！
This is an exclusive release from the New York City Journals and is the first building in the Little Italy series. This specific BAT depicts 186 Mulberry Street and a neighboring building in the well known neighborhood of Manhattan called Little Italy. Included in the zip file are a 1x1 ploppable lot and a prop for use in the Lot Editor. Enjoy!

交通信号灯的ＭＯＤ！！！
A sucessfulattempt to change the default game traffic light configuration. After testing, it willNOT cause problems with the NAM, so that is whythis is a LOT file. It was to get the lights to work on the same pole, at different heights, and to see if they would react properly acrossfrom each other. It seems they do, so long this LOT is placed with roads crossing through You can find it in themisc transit menu. The street lighting and the traffic lights DO work. Just make sure you place roads through, if its by itself, all of the lights will get stuck on green, but you don't want another repeat of live free or die hard, and the italian job, do you? You will notice that this looks quite similar to the California style intersection. Unfortanetly, it had to be changed, because I didn't want dependancies to be an issue.As far as dependencies, I don't think there is an issue, I just used a regular base road texture, and a plain road overlay. Oh yeah, I don't recomend you open the file yourself in the LOT Editor
