The third house has solar panels on top of the roof lowering the energy bills a bit ;-).

OK. Perhaps not the nicest piece of German architecture (tut mir Leid Jungs, aber diese Gebäude gibt es leider auch!), but these small flats are typical for housing in German outskirts. I guess they have been built in the 1970’s. This growable example can be found just outside the centre of Hameln.

Other than most "achterhuizen" this one got decorated stone ornaments in the top in Dutch Classicism style, based on facades by Philips Vingboons (3rd quarter of the 17th century). 66 (right) was built in 1729 in Louis XIV style.V-apps, 05-12-07

It's R$$$ for 485 sims grows in Euro tileset & dense zones, lot size 3x4
