插件说明：　Here is a package of 3 R$$ HK style towers to meet demand in tight small spaces, much like Hong Kong itself. All towers are 2x2. As seen in the pic the 1st is building on the far left is the Tinhao Residential Tower inspired by photos of the Tinhao District. The middle tower, the tallest, is the Tsuen Wan Residential Tower, inspired by photos of the Tseun Wan District. The 3rd Building on the far right is the Hollywood HK Residential Tower inspired by photos of the Hollywood District.

Hollywood HK Residential Tower 803
Tsuen Wan Residential Tower    1048
Sorry no Landmarks.
These took longer than needed to make because each developement of the building I gathered more textures and better detail, so some of the buildings went through several revisions. I finally decided enough was enough and after some testing it was time to put them on the STEX!

插件说明：　This is a pack of additional medium-wealth lots for the already released HK Estate Pack 1 by bixel (BATs) and HONG KONG (original R$ lots & modding).
HONG KONG did a terrific job on the R$ lots, and I am probably the one who is happiest about the fact that he decided to go among the lot makers and help getting all these beautifuls BATs onto the STEX with lots that are worthy of them.
Since I consider R$$ population to be the most important one in any bigger city, however, I am always keen on seeing more R$$ highrises, and I thought that these HK residential towers would also look good as medium-wealth residential (R$$). That's why I took matters into my hands and made an additional series of lots for these great BATs.
Similar to the original pack, I made several 4x4 lots with one tower sitting on them and also some 7x5 lots with two towers each. The towers exist in two different versions, either in an orthogonal position (parallel to the grid lines) or in a diagonal position (angled 45?against the grid). In the following list, orthogonal towers will be marked with a " + ", whereas an " x " represents a diagonal tower. There are lots with two towers of one kind and lots with one tower of each kind.
In total, you will find the following lots inside:
Hing Tung Estate

Hing Tung Estate 1 (4x4, single tower + )
Hing Tung Estate 3 (7x5, two towers ++ )

[size=-2](There is no diagonal tower BAT, hence I couldn't include all the versions that exist for the other towers)

Kwai Chung Estate:

Kwai Chung Estate 1 (4x4, single tower + )
Kwai Chung Estate 2 (4x4, single tower x )
Kwai Chung Estate 3 (7x5, two towers ++ )
Kwai Chung Estate 4a (7x5, right corner, two towers +x )
Kwai Chung Estate 4b (7x5, left corner, two towers x+ )
Kwai Chung Estate 5 (7x5, two towers xx )

Lei Muk Shue Estate:

Lei Muk Shue Estate 1 (4x4, single tower + )
Lei Muk Shue Estate 2 (4x4, single tower x )
Lei Muk Shue Estate 3 (7x5, two towers ++ )
Lei Muk Shue Estate 4a (7x5, right corner, two towers +x )
Lei Muk Shue Estate 4b (7x5, left corner, two towers x+ )
Lei Muk Shue Estate 5 (7x5, two towers xx )

All lots share the same basic concept, but once again make use of random prop families. Moreover, each tower family has been given a lot design that matches the towers.
All lots are growable lots. All the single-tower lots and all the two-tower lots share the same set of stats. For details see the table below.

插件说明：　This massive building will bring the huge Liberte Residential Complex from Hong Kong to your SimCity. Due to the enormous size of the complex, you will only get the growable versions if you use the [CTRL] key while laying out zones of exactly the required size.

This download comes in 3 different versions, all of which are fully transit-enabled and UDI-compatible! In order to ensure that the transit-enabled road through the building won't look out of place in your cities, all three versions are provided as US road texture compatible and Euro road texture compatible. Of course, "compatible" in this context doesn't mean that the version with the US textures won't work if you have the Euro Road Mod installed - it will just not look as good as the Euro textured one.

Please remember that transit-enabled lots cannot be overgrown by other buildings, i.e. once you have a Liberte Complex, it will stay a Liberte Complex. However, in this case this doesn't matter, because there simply is no building which could overgrow this monster! Besides, the Liberte is so special and you must zone particularly for it, so that its immunity against being replaced by another building is actually more of a feature than a limitation...

In total, you will find:

- a transit-enabled growable R§§ lot with US road textures,
- a transit-enabled growable R§§ lot with Euro road textures,

- a transit-enabled growable R§§§ lot with US road textures,
- a transit-enabled growable R§§§ lot with Euro road textures,

- a transit-enabled landmark lot with US road textures, and
- a transit-enabled landmark lot with Euro road textures.

插件说明：　This is the 2nd HK Tower Pack. Unlike the 1st Pack this one has some Med Res Towers that are slightly more modern looking. Remember, both the HKTowerPack1 and this 2ndTowerPack buildings will not grow unless you zone dense 2x2 blocks.
I noticed during game play some towers like to grow more than others, to fix this I changed their Res Occupation values so that they were relatively closer to each other on an average. Hopefully this will cause them to grow a little more evenly.
(If anybody has some better ideas to a solution to this please PM me.)
So finally here's what you get. From the Day picture starting Left to Right
Tower Occupation
Saiwan Tower 1  1130 R$$
Saiwan Tower 3  1210 R$$
Saiwan Tower 2  950 R$$
Included in a separate folders are some optional descriptors for the 1st Tower Pack I released, for your optional use I tried to round out the occuptaion numbers so that they would grow more evenly. Just simply copy the file into its correct folder. The name should be exact, if it is it will ask you to override, overide with the new file given here.
