This is the third and final version of my favorite building. The first failed, the second was good but the texture needed work, but finally, after 8 months, I have created a satisfactory version. 111 huntington avenue, the 8th tallest in Boston, stands at 169m (554 ft) and 36 floors high. it base is connected to the Prudential Tower and the rest of the Prudential Complex. It was completed in 2002, and was the Tallest building completed in the city since 1987.It won Emporis's skyscraper of the year award in 2002, described as "Best new skyscraper for design and functionality", along with the SWFC and another skyscraper. This skyscraper is IMO the most beautiful building in Boston, on a sunny day it is just incredible.Nightlites are simple because i wasnt exactly sure how to do them in 3ds.

插件说明：　Bixel has graced us with yet another fantastic modern, Asian-style BAT. Gobal Telecom is a CS§ building that will provide 1,430 jobs for your city. In addition, this corner building has been situated on its lots to offer Wall-to-Wall functionality in two directions. But that’s not all! Also included is a lot that can be placed up against an angled road! Note on the angled lot: In order for the building to fit properly in an angled space, it has been placed on a 2x2 lot. This means the building overhangs the lot in two directions. To place the building, simply choose a spot bordered by roads (see the reference image included in the download) and then use the Home key to rotate the building into the appropriate position and plop! There will remain two single tiles open on either corner of the building; you may wish to use the generic Open Paved Area lot in the Parks menu to fill these spaces. 插件说明：　Portland's first column-free workspaces and first underground garage innovate this otherwise classic, boxy Skidmore, Owings, and Merrill design. An infusion of landscaping and art make this building a surefire classic. Completed in 1963, Standard Insurance outgrew Standard Plaza by the 1980's. At this time, Georgia Pacific vacated its Portland HQ building, which Standard Insurance bought and renamed as the "Standard Insurance Center" (Click here for JtPortland's BAT of that building), resulting in some confusion. Currently, both buildings share HQ duties for The Standard. The entire building is supported by the external frame and elevator core. Atop the building, a beacon indicates the status of the weather. Green lights mean a stable pattern, red lights show a warming trend, and flashing green lights mean that it is raining. Enough can be said about Oregon weather in the fact that the flashing green lights are often seen atop Standard Plaza. Public art is abundant in the area around the building. Visitors and art students often use the escalators on the Fifth Avenue entry to catch a better view of the Portland Building's Portlandia statue. Extra BATer's commentary: Sparky's first attempt at below-ground, open-aired areas. Installation Instructions: Unzip and run the installer program. It also boasts Portlandia, the second largest hammered copper statue in the United States (second only to the Statue of Liberty). As the first major U.S. post-modernist structure, it is regarded by some to be THE symbol of the rise of the post-modernist school of architecture worldwide. This unique building elicits a full range of emotions from admirers, detractors, and those neutral toward it. Regardless of how one feels about Post-Modernism, the Portland Building will be sure to stand out in your city! Versions and Specifics: I have included 2 model files for your use: One which includes the flagpoles and flags of the US, Oregon, and Portland, and a non-flagged version for those wishing not to display flags. 插件说明：　[size=+0]This is the third and for now the final building in the CS series. It was inspired by a photo that turned out to be of the Shanghai Commercial Bank, hence the SCB logo on the building. However, the reference photo was not the best, and when more photos appeared, it turned out that the building looked rather different from the BAT after all. Still, the BAT looked to good not to be released, so here it is: A building roughly inspired by a real-world structure and simply called "SCB Building" in game. It's another mid-rise building that will provide 350 CS$$$ jobs. [size=+0]The SCB Building has been modded to serve two functions: [size=+0] Ploppable functional CS$$$ Growable CS$$$ [size=+0] All lots share the same basic design, but flora and people on them are randomized and will change every time the building grows or is plopped. The ploppable version can be found towards the bottom of your landmarks menu, together with the other HKABT ploppables.

插件说明：　English insurance company Prudential started the construction of this building in 1931, at the intersection of Swietokrzyska street and Napoleon Square (currently Warsaw Insurgents Square). In that time there were already a few high-rise buildings in the city, but none of them was as big as new, 66-metre-high skyscraper. Main designer of Prudential was engineer Marcin Weinfeld, who was already well-known it Warsaw at that time, as was the author of many successful projects of houses. The building's structure was designed by famous constructor professor Stefan Bryla, who had designed before, among other things, many projects of bridges. Among them, the most famous one was the first in the world welded steel road bridge over small river Sludwia, in village Maurzyce, near Lowicz, west of Warsaw. 1500 tonnes of steel, 2 million bricks and 2 thousand tonnes of cement was used to construct the building. Soon, the skyscraper arouse a lot of controversy. People from surrounding houses started to complain that it was too big, it was blocking out the sunlight. They even demanded its knockdown. But that was not proceeded and the building stood until Second World War. In 1938 an experimental TV mast was installed on its top. In 1944, during Warsaw Uprising, Prudential was seriously damaged. In some days, a bullet was hitting the building averagely once for 8 minutes. But thanks to its solid structure, the building remained standing. However, its damages were significant. Few years after the war, the building was restored. But it was modified much. The pre-war elevation, that had been quite easy and rather 'cheerful' was changed into more dull, monumental one, representing social realistic style, which was popular at that time. Also the building's name and destiny were changed. Prudential became Warszawa Hotel. 53 one-person rooms, 73 2-person rooms and three apartments were located here. On 1st of July 2003 the hotel stopped functioning, because its standard already became too low for Warsaw hotel market. Currently, the building is under modernisation. Zip contains growable CO$$ with 3000 jobs and ploppable functional landmark with the same stats, plop cost 1100$ Lot size - 3x5 Grows - Euro and New York set

插件说明：　Capped with a distinctive dome, Portland, Oregon's 1000 Broadway has earned the affectionate nickname of the "Ban Roll-on Building". While this 27 story building may not be visible from the Willamette River, it gracefully adds to Portland's skyline when viewed from the West Hills. On a clear day, Mt. Hood rises majestically over the Portland skyline, with 1000 Broadway, at some angles, directly underneath. Please see the read-me enclosed for more info about the real-life building. The real building takes up a half-block lot, with an ugly parking garage on the other side. For aesthetic purposes, I modeled inthe Standard Insurance Center's parking garage (aka the "Boogie-woogie Building"; in real life, a few blocks east) because I think it looks betterin a full 4x4 blocklot.
