插件说明：　 Update (29.12.2007): A minor bug has been fixed in the lot file. The previous lot allowed the building to grow on medium-density zones. This has been fixed. This is a fictional low-wealth apartment building with heavy Art Deco ornamentation along its cornice. Once a high class apartment building in a fashionable part of the city, this building and its surrounding neighborhood have fallen on hard times and the building now serves as a housing project for low-wealth Sims working in the surrounding factories and warehouses. The once-vibrant brick facade has grown progressively darker over the years as the soot and grime from the nearby industries have blackened it. This BAT sits on a 3 x 2 low-wealth lot. Since the stats were generated with the PIM-X, this BAT is CAMpatible but it does not require the CAM to function properly. This is an updated version of a BAT that was previously available on the STEX. Please remove that old version (if you have it) before using this newer version. See the readme for stats and other details. Dependencies: There are no external dependencies. 插件说明： [size=+1]JRJ Euro Buildings Vol01 This set of lots includes several R$$ lots created using my recently released Euro Buildings Prop Pack. All the lots are growable and will show under the Euro set only. The models are intended to recreate some standard modern medium wealth buildings, common in many cities in europe. The lots have been created using an stable version of the X-PIM tool by Wouanagain, which makes sure that the lots stats will not umbalance your game. There are several lots included in this set. I used families in some cases to give more variety to the lots. The included lots are: 1x2 straight lot (up to 6 different models) 2x2 straight lot (up to 6 different models) 2x2 corner versions (up to 4 different models) 4x4 non W2W blocks - Euro Complex - (up to 3 different models) 4x8 non W2W blocks - Euro Complex - (up to 3 different models) - megalots - require controlled zoning 　?/font> The small lots are proven to grow in medium and high density areas. The big lots (4x4 and 8x4) will grow mainly in medium density areas, and no so often in high density areas. [size=+1]Installation Place the included dat file in your plugins folder. [size=+1]Dependencies The mentioned Euro Buildings Prop Pack is the only file needed to play these lots. 插件说明：　 Update (29.12.2007): A minor bug has been fixed in the Stahlman Apartments lot file. The previous lot allowed the building to grow on low-density zones. This has been fixed. Included in this set are two different apartment blocks suitable for dense urban rowhouse neighborhoods. Both are on 2 x 2 lots. These two BATs are not based on any specific real life buildings; rather they are rough representations of early 20th century apartment blocks that can be found in many northeastern American cities. These are both old BATs from the STEX which have had their stats and lots updated. As the stats for these apartments have been generated with the X-Tool, they are CAMpatible but do not require the CAM to function correctly. See the readme for stats and other details. Dependencies: There are no external dependencies. 插件说明：　 This building is modelled on the Red Cross House which is on Clarence Street Sydney. Initially a doctors house in the 1850's, this Wall to Wall building was rebuilt in the 1930s in the Parisienne avant-garde style for S. Hoffnung & co. as a wholesalers show room and warehouse. During the 1970's the Red Cross purchased this building and remains the sole tennant to this day. Apart from international aid and rehabilitation programs this building is also a blood bank and as such it is offered as both a hospital and CO$$$ growable lot for use in game. 插件说明：　 Update to correct minor typo in the Cleanitol file only Meritorni (Sea Tower) is the second tallest residential building in Finland. The 70 m tall, 22-story building is located close to the sea shore at Kivenlahti in Espoo. This is a retextured and re-rendered model and two new growable lots. They do not upgrade the old version available on STEX. If you want to remove the old version, first bulldoze them in all your cities, then remove those files manually. Two growable 3x3 lots are included, a stage 8 R$$ and a stage 9 R$ (which requires the CAM to grow).
