插件说明：　Located in Seville, Spain, and designed by Santiago Calatrava. I changed the lighting from white (as it is in real life) to the colors of the Kuwaiti flag to give it more life. This is a functional landmark on a 3x6 lot. I BATed this to be a modern pavilion/plaza only, so please don't rate low just because lack of functionality or a distaste for modern architecture, thanks.
