[标志建筑] 5月4日下午发布的建筑

插件说明:This is the second ploppable water BAT of a Set called *Nexis Sea Junk". There will be at least 12 different BATs, so I thought it would be wise and logic to upload each separately since some of you might not like nor can use all 12 of them. They are small 1x1 and up to 2x2 transparent lots (except for one 1x6 lot) that can be plopped into any depth of water.(also one landlot for beaches) Some of them will need semi-transparent watermods, that you can see at least a few meters down. There will be different kinds of buoys (bouées), sunken boats, posts, walls, Welcome statue and some surpizes etc.

This is the same as the Floating Buoy except that it has a base. It is on a 1x1 transparent lot ( without the waterglitch bug) Not like the first one, this one cost some small $ to demolish with a bulldozer, well, the base isnot made out of carton, you know....
The Plop price is the same (25$) as the first one. It does have nightlights.....lol, but only the small antenna on top lights up at night, as you can see on the picture. I still don't know how to make Nightlights.
It has been tested together with the first Buoy, which you can gethere , in several regions with different watermods and has not shown once any problems.
This lot should not be plopped into deep water, it has a base, therefore needs some ground, otherwise it will look kinda weird. It also will look nicer with a semi-transparent watermod, where you can see the base for some meters down.

As always no dependencies to go running after and collecting headaches. Also Nexis will bring you only original ideas most of the time. I hope you will like this series..........

Plopable Cows

Cows that can be plopped into your farm fields.

STATS:
Park. 1x1. Produces the effect of roaming cows.
No dependencies.

Two lots, "grass field cows" and "mud field cows".

INSTALLATION:
Unzip and place in Sc4/Plugins.

SEV Building
by SimFox.
Since its completion in 1967 distinctive “open book” design of SEV (Soviet Economicheskoj Vzaimopomoschi, or in English COMECON (Counsil of mutual Economic Assistance) building by Mikhail Posokhin had quickly became one of Moscow’s landmarks. After disbandment of the organization in 1991 building has been housing offices of Mayor of Moscow.

Attention!
This release includes 2 sets of LOTs. Regular ones in a subfolder “Original Lots” and transport enabled ones in subfolder TE Lots.
Only one of each variety (Plop or Landmark) should be places into your Plug-in folder along with SC4modle file.

Transport enabled lots are done so purely for visual appeal. They have no switching properties, e.g. will not work as either bus/subway stop or parking lot. But car and people automata will pass through the lot making it more “alive”.

Transit capacity has been set to 100000 so it shouldn’t be a problem.

You’ll find building in game in Landmark menu at the bottom of the list. Here are Icons to look for:

Special Notes
This building has been rendered in "truNite" style. The idea behind it is to make night view look more realistic. Default SC4 night is a day through dark glass. Same bright sun casting sharp clearly defined shadow, etc. "truNite" eliminates sun altogether from night view. All illumination is done by a sky alone making very soft melting away shadows that are barely noticeable, but that are still there (in form of ambient occlusion) helping to define the shapes of objects.
There is slight cost to this, though:

Dusk:
because of the process involved building wouldn’t go through dust sequence the way other do. At the start of games sunset it will behave normally up to the moment of turning on of the lights, at which point look will immediately change to "truNite" one. Dawn:
During the games night at some point lights are turned off. When it happens building will revert to normal SC4 night view and will greet the sun of new SimDay just like any other building in your city.
