插件说明： The Marion, originally designed in 1935 became very popular in a time when America as a whole was starting to explode population wise. This design featured the bungalow style roofline popular in the Early 20th century with the popular amenties of the time including an in home gas furnace, full plumbing and electricity, and multiple spacious rooms. The Marion was originally designed to have two bedrooms, a Bathroom, Kitchen, Living quarters, and a dining room, perfect for a small family. The building in this file is recreated from a home order insert from the Sears Honor Built booklet, released in 1935. To see the original page, click HERE. There are NO dependencies for this download! I tried to include room on the lot for manual tree plopping, so there are no trees on the lot. Enjoy!

插件说明： Fresh water is not always available everywhere in the globe, so industrial processes were developed to use seawater and transform it into fresh water. The most used one is called reverted osmosis, and it consists in pumping at high pressure the previously filtered seawater (in the green-coloured tanks in the plant are sand filters) through a set of membranes (inside the main building, visible at night that only allows H2O through it. Doing that, we obtain fresh water and concentrated brime, that is later diffused into the sea. Fresh water is then re-ionized and pumped into the water system. This process needs quite a lot of energy, and the plant has a little power plant with 2 generators and 2 smokestacks. The building comes with a 6x3 lot that must be placed on land and an overhanging jetty to be placed on water, so you can build beaches and another around the building. Reminder: this building uses High Tech jobs, so be sure to have enough educated workers before plopping it ;) Stats Size: 6x3 HT Jobs: 50 Water production: 200 Function: Water pump Menu: Water *this model is nightlighted -NO DEPENDENCIES-

This is a 1x3 R$$ growable residential lot with two different color variations, and there are NO dependencies for this download! I tried to include room on the lot for manual tree plopping, so there are no trees on the lot. Enjoy!

插件说明： Did it ever happen when playing, that your Simcity had an overdemand of electricity and you didn't have the money to deal with the situation right away to plop a big and expensive Powerstation? Well, here is the solution. When power is more needed than usual, send your Sims to the Nexis Emergency DieselPower Station and get those Diesel Engines started. They will generate 950 extra power for as little as 280 Simoleons to plop, but watch out, running it all the time may shorten its life. Remember, this is an Emergency unit and don't plop it too near to residential areas, they may be too noisy for certain Sims.....No, it doesn't explode, security and safety valves are checked everyday, even on Sundays. Maintenance and running costs are $ 80,-/month. (sorry, with today's oil prices I couldn't make it cheaper) Plopcost $ 280.- and generating 950 electricity. Yes, there's nightlight, hey.....lol....didn't you know, I finally learned how. It can be found in the powermenu and is on a 2x2 lot. As always , No Dependencies beside the game itself. This file should go into the MyDocuments/Simcity4/Plugins folder without the readme and the pictures.
