HAPPY NEW YEARS !!
This building was inscribe for all my freinds and everybody who support my BAT ;)

This is the Complex of the Waterfront Plaza in the center of Louisville.
The Waterfront Plaza I and II are tall of 104 meters and has 25 floors. The number I was build in 1991 and the second building in 1993.

It's an ploppable building in the monument file, it's an 10x4.

插件说明：This 40 story, 1,024,627 square foot building is the tallest in Fort Worth at 567 feet and is the city's largest office building. It was designed by Sikes, Jennings, & Kelly Architects from Houston, Texas and Geren Associates from Fort Worth. The real world building has two distinct facades, mine is mirrored to be the same on both. The first several pictures I found only showed the one side, so I didn't realise it was different on the other side until nearly complete. At that point I decided I liked it as it is, so kept it.

Capital Equities Limited was founded in 1998 by ex employees of Silverman Pynch Inc., who were tired of the 20 hour days and were already too rich to care.

A specialist microcap investment bank, Cap Eq, as it's known, guarantees a 50% return every year on the money invested by wise Mayor's who invite the firm into their city.

Beware though, the value of your investment may fall as well as rise and if you choose to tear down the office you may not get back all you invested.

Now on version 0.99 - nearly working but I still can't crack the night lighting <sigh>

The cash returning bulldoze was causing a few issues so I have removed it from this version and changed the plop cost accordingly to s100,000, but the interest remains the same, so it pays for itself in only 2 years!

I made a few additions to the model and hopefully v1.0 with working lights will be ready soon!

A 6x6 medium commerical office, this is the ploppable version (in your landmark menu) which stimulates growth in the surrounding area.

No dependencies. No nightlighting rendered, even though it's in the model, due to software issues.

Introduction / OverviewThe Overseas Union Bank Centre is the one of the three tallest skyscrapers in the city of Singapore, sharing the title with the UOB Plaza One and Republic Plaza. Standing at 280 metres (919 feet) tall, it was the tallest building in the world outside North America at the time of its completion in 1986 until it was succeeded by the Bank of China Tower. 280 metres (919 feet) is the maximum height permitted by the National Aviation Authority. The building sits at the city centre of Raffles Place.

No need for a plop - use the "Extra Cheats DLL" instead. No icon, no description, no cluttered menus, no hassle.

Simply copy the dll into the plugins folder, and then in game press [Ctrl]+[X] to call up the cheat console (a small blueish text entry field in the upper left corner of the screen).

No need to enter anything manually – simply hover your mouse cursor over the entry field and click the right mouse button. A list of available cheats will pop up.

Select "BuildingPlop" from that list (3rd entry from the top) by left-clicking it. The text "BuildingPlop" should now appear in the entry field. Press [RETURN] to confirm.

Now a list of all available buildings will pop up, both Maxis stuff and plugins. The list is sorted alphabetically by building exemplar name.

You will find OUB Centre under the name:

Click on that name, choose the lot size to plop, if necessary (in this case this shouldn't be needed since there is only one lot), and voilà - you will have a fully functional OUB Centre with CO§§ jobs at your mouse cursor to plop wherever you want!

Remember that it will of course need road access, power and water, and, of course, appropriate demand and skilled workforce to sustain itself - just like any "regular" ploppable.

Completed in 1970 for the London Stock Exchange, 125 Old Broad Street was a concrete clad tower with extra hight floors on its upper levels. With the stock exchanges vacation in 2004 to the nearby Paternoster Square, the exchange tower was left Vacant with little attraction to possible Tennants. In 2007 the Tower was reclad in glass and steel with extra floors added to modernise the Exchange Tower into a sleek reflective building, suitable of Londons changing skyline.
