插件说明：Function: The Civil Defence Tracking Station is a state of the art detection and city warning system. It is designed to scan and detect a large scale threat and warn the city (or country) in order for people to evacuate. The station constantly monitors and scans for most types of natural disasters including, typhoons, hurricanes, volcanoes and tsunamis. The station also links with satellites and space observatories. To find a threat, the station uses a comprehensive set of methods. This includes a Doppler Radar system that can detect and predict weather patterns, powerful radars that detect any incoming objects such as meteors, space junk or missiles and a system of accelerometers to detect earthquakes and possible tsunamis. The station uses rapid information communication to send and receive messages from other stations. This link is vital to ensure maximum information is gained before the media and people know about the threat. It is important for the threat to be kept a low profile in case it is not true. In the game, the Civil Defence Tracking Station acts as a police station. The Tracking Station covers a whole city in police protection. I have chosen to do this because it is better for the lot to have an in game function rather than it just be a landmark. The station also dispatches 2 police cars, with a large range covered. For realism, the Civil Defence Tracking Station is best built on a mountain or near water. But the effects of the station (police coverage) should still cover the city if it is built in isolated areas. Note: In the game, the building requires power and a road connection (not a dependency!)
