插件原名：Catullus Tower

插件说明： This is the Catullus Tower, a high wealth residential tower. The Catullus is 80 meter high and counts 25 floors. This tower is only a stage 8, so it's not a CAMeLOT. However this tower is CAMpatible, which means that the tower fits the development in a CAM based city. Further information about this tower can be found in the readme.
