Description: One of the richest men in my City-Journal's Story is Alexander MacVicar, the Ore-Mine owner. And this lot has been especially created for the story. The MacVicar Mansion.

There are two versions included, a growable R$$$ 3x3, and a ploppable Landmark, no residents though.



Alexander MacVicar is character formed by our ST member,The Evil Octopus Man.

Description: Imperial summer palace of the Emperor D. Pedro II in Petropolis, now the Imperial museum, which still houses his crown. It is about 60km from Rio.
The SC4 BAT is on a Museum lot and the Reward requirements are Difficulty Level Dependant (DLD) ... this means that the higher Difficulty level the user plays on .... the harder it is to get the Reward.
The lot is a fully functional game asset and it provides a good Cap Release for BIG cities.
Thanks to Hogmeister for his inspiration, Simgoober and Couchpotato for some of the plants, Daeley for the Reward LUA and the BSC Team for their input.
As always I do try to bring more challenges to the game and rarely do I release eye-candy ..
Reward Requirements :
The Reward is Difficulty Level Dependant (DLD) ... Thanks to Daeley.

Description:
So your city is growing and the council is getting bigger ... plus you are making your mark as a good Mayor. Well here is the REWARD you deserve ... a multifunction lot ...

A nice building and it offers Police, Fire and Clinic services to your community. The coverage is the same as CSX Rural 911 Centre and will cover a medium city.



It is a reward lot and the REWARD Requirements are in the Reward menu on the icon of the Town Hall ... just for starters ... you need to have a good population of at least 10,000 plus a few other things.



The lot is aimed the players that likes to keep the GAME real and as such the lot has purpose.



If you don't like it please post your comments in the CSX Feedback thread.



This lot owes it's existence to the work of many friends ... Hogmeister inspired it, Caliban provided some props, Grampa Al did the UI and Daeley did the work on the REWARD Chain.
