插件说明：
The Chapman Library was modeled by threestooges and later lotted and modded by CasperVg. It is fully functional as a library and has the capacity to hold around 105.000 books. It sits on a 5 x 4 lot and should fit in nicely in suburban sprawl or rural villages. It features a few solar panels on top of the roof, which help in keeping the power consumption at a fairly low level. As an additional treat, there is a monkey (a prop by SimGoober) lurking around at the entrance, which is a new project started by the Library's managers in order to make reading more pleasant for toddlers and young children.
