This brutalist pre-cast rough concrete 11-floor building employs many sims who collate and edit numerous images required for demanding publications. A small cafe at street level ensures the sims are kept full of caffeine for maximum productivity.
This sort of building is particularly suited to shallow blocks and will blend well with other pencil towers or the more traditional W2W streetscape given that the tower area of the building does not occupy the entire footprint of the site.
Two variations are provided in this download: a 2x2 and 2x1 lot for either a medium or high density zoning on all tilesets.
The values assigned to the models and lots have been created with the PIM-X and are suitable for both SC4 rush hour and CAM.

This very generic, internationalist style W2W was inspired by the numerous small buildings that were built around the second world war in Sydney before height restrictions were lifted during the late 1950s. With its stylised ribbed facade, this office has slight art deco overtones and is conveniently lined in an apricot-coloured tile, perfect for blending in with the Sim City pink and blush colour scheme.
This makes a unobtrusive infill building to the W2W street-scape.
The 1x2 lot version contains a roof-top prop family for Maxis billboards (as per the one shown), so a different billboard will appear each time the building grows.
