插件说明： If you can't go over or around... go under. This is a collection of 4 culvert style lots for the PEG PPonds. Three of the 4 lots are for use with the Mayor Menu ploppable PEG PPond Kit ploppable props for creating streams and rivers. The 4th lot is for use with the PEG-PPond Channel/Canal lots. Collectively, these lots will allow you to add additional realism and character to your PPond rivers, streams and canals. All of the lots are 1x1 in size. They are technically Park lots... but have no park-like particles added. The Canal Culvert appears in the Water Transportation menu along with the other PPond Channel lots. The stream culverts appear in the Parks menu along with the PPond ploppable lots. The Canal Culvert is designed to be plopped on level land. The stream Culverts, however, can be plopped either on level land or on terrain that has been recessed for a stream or river. On recessed terrain, the culverts will blend in with the sloped terrain and be partially covered by it. The models have been designed to allow close placement of ploppable terrain props, such as plants and rocks & earth textures...  to help blend them in visually with the surrounding terrain. The culverts can be plopped singularly... or in pairs on either side of a roads or rails, etc...

插件说明： Old Huck has been running Finn's Landing for as long as anyone can remember. If you want to rent a boat, buy some bait or a cool drink... or just listen to stories of the old days on the river... then Finn's Landing is the place to go. Some say he must be over a hundred years old by now. Some say even older. But old Huck will still kick yer butt at Checkers every time... and still takes his beloved old raft out on the river from time to time. When passing by..  if you listen closely on a still and quiet night, you may still hear old Huck strumming the old banjo. This is a "2-fer" lot (2 for 1)... meaning that there are 2 lots for the price of one. Both lots are identical visually. One version is a pure eye-candly park plop that can be plopped anywhere. The other version is a RCI ploppable (CS$ - Landmarks menu) with jobs... that has to have road access. Both lots should be plopped on level or near-level land. * Both lots are 2x2 in size... with a dock that extends beyond the lot for easy placement over your favorite water lots or ploppable water props. Although considered to be a 'PPond' lot, it does not require the PPond Kit as a dependency. The mill can be used with any ground-level ploppable water props. * The lot(s) are nitelited and include custom queries... and custom background & query sound effects. In the query for the CS$ version, the 'Boats Rowed" stat will increase as your city grows.

插件说明： For your nostalgic pleasure... an old stream mill... for your Old Mill Stream. If you are old enough to know the song, so much the better. I hope you have Dental... 'cause this baby is pure candy. It delightfully takes pleasure in serving absolutely no functional purpose whatsoever... other than to just look cool along your rivers and streams. Water mills have been in use since Ancient times. However, by the early 20th century, availability of cheap electrical energy made the water mill obsolete in developed countries although some smaller rural mills continued to operate commercially into the 1960s. Used in their day to power a wide range of machinery for various industrial purposes, those mills that remain today have either been abandoned, maintained as tourist attractions, or have been updated or re-purposed for some other function. This lot is a park... located in your Park menu... with a fair amount of landmark value as old water mills such as this are tourist magnets. The lot is 2x2 tiles in size and requires power for the nitelites.  It is designed to be plopped on level land... with the 2 water tiles in front of it also level with the lot. Although considered to be a 'PPond' lot, it does not require the PPond Kit as a dependency. The mill can be used with any ground-level ploppable water props. I lied about the non-functional bit. There is a semi-functional second, RCI Industrial Manufacturing ploppable version with jobs that is also included in this package. That version is located in your Landmarks menu and requires road access. * The lot(s) are nitelited and include custom queries... and custom background & query sound effects. In the query for the IND-M version, the 'Revolutions Per Minute" stat will increase as your city grows.

插件原名：　 PEG Small Hydroelectric Dam

插件说明： Dam It !!  And then use it to make power. That's the smartest Dam thing to do with your rivers. And this new small Hydroelectric Dam will allow you to do just that. Hydroelectric power is clean, renewable... and very cheap to produce. If you have the water source to power it, it is definitely one of your best options for powering your cities. This small Hydro Dam is typical of many such structures constructed along waterways throughout the world. This particular version produces 2,500 MWh/month at a monthly operating cost of §200 for a §0.08 MWh cost... making it one of the cheapest clean power sources in the game. The actual lot is 4 tiles wide by a single tile deep... but it will occupy an area that is approx. 6x2 tiles in size.The model is designed to extend beyond the lot's boundaries and fit into the surrounding terrain to make the dam look as it if were actually built into the canyon walls. This dam can not be plopped on level terrain. The terrain will need to be modified to accommodate it. However, the required terrain editing is  fairly simple and the readme file includes instructions and a pic of what the terrain should look like. The Hydro Dam itself does not use any specific "above sea-level" ploppable water mod. It is designed to be used with any ploppable water mods you prefer to use and has been successfully tested with several of them. The ploppable water shown here is from the soon to be released new PEG PPond Kit which includes the custom water turbulence lots plopped at the bottom of the dam. * As the dam has no convenient road access, it does not currently provide any jobs. An optional,  small, auxiliary lot for the dam (with the jobs) is currently in development. This will be a small lot that you can plop near the dam that will provide employee parking and underground access to the dam.
