Continuing the Suburban Civics series, please find enclosed a BAT inspired by the old high school building on Main Street, Brewster, New York.
This Victorian Era timber and brick building with its prominent bell tower will make a handsome addition to the street of any town or suburban area. The building itself is an American intepretation of the Queen Anne empire revival style with light gothic detailing.
This building was recreated from historic photographs and sadly no longer stands in this very pretty little all-American town.
Given that this building is intended for towns and less densely developed areas, it also includes the baseball and soccer pitches within the lot-work and comes in at 8x8 tiles.
It has statistics similar to the ingame large high school and is suitable for CAM and non-CAM players alike.
