Description:
The Miami Palm Hotel Complex is comprised of two buildings that differ only in terms of height: Hotel A and Hotel B.  The two hotels together attract many visitors from all over SimNation - residents lured to the city by beautiful architecture and surrounding beautiful scenery.  The complex\'s Miami-influenced design makes it best placed along a coastine.



These two lots are both CS§§§, with both ploppable and growable versions of each included.  They are 3x4 tiles and providy varying Mayor Rating and desirability boosts.  The taller (Building A) holds 440 jobs, while the smaller (Building B) holds 196.  As always, full details are available in the readme file.

This lot uses the NDEX standard query.  Please read the file titled \\"READ ME.txt\\" included in this download for information on how to properly set up the file in your plugins folder.  All of these required files are included in all NDEX lots that use them.

Description:
I\'ve decided to go another direction of highway signs for the other 8 gas stations.  Instead of the tall highway signs, I\'ve decided to do the billboard signs that you would normally see posted up near the wooded area - away from the highway.  These one-sided billboards would normally advertise that the next gas/service station would be at the up coming exit, and at times they would also advertise other items like credit cards, food/beverages, repair work, etc. So I decided to go this route with the rest of the gas stations that I\'ve created:

Petro-Canada
Irving
Chevron
Citgo
Union 76
Hopefully these billboard signs will become useful in your games, city journals, or even in your trash bin, if you don\'t like \'em after you download them.  I\'m also going back and redoing my older BATs to make them growables, I\'ve completed Citgo, Texaco, Exxon, and Shell (some have been remodeled).  I did use some dependencies, BSC/Simgoober\'s Flora Pack Vol 01, and Pegasus\' pine trees.  Thanks for your support, it\'s a pleasure to share, I enjoy it.  If you have any problems, my email address is in the readme file, or you give me a PM here.  Enjoy!  Bobbo662 4/13/05

The only plugins in the folder were bldgprp_vol1 and vol2 along with the AATheatre lot file downloaded from the LEX today. No other lots or plugins are on my system, anywhere, except those that were on the original cd\'s (I am working from a clean hard drive). Also installed on the machine is the Lot Editor (downloaded clean today). I hope it works for you as well it does for me.

You can put either the growable or the landmark lots in your plugin folder, or you can put both types in.  I used the 3d models of all of the Honda automata that has been uploaded by me at Simtropolis in the dealership so the cars on the lot match my honda automata exactly.

Dialup users beware. The file is 1.6 megs.

Description:
The Zhang Ghee Corporate Headquarters Tower was built to accomodate many expanding businesses due to the rapid expansion of the economy in SimAsia. The tower is named after the CEO of Zhang Ghee Corporation, none other than Zhang Ghee himself.  
Zhang Ghee Corp. specializes in banking, finances, and related matters, and is one of the top comapnies in SimAsia. The company\'s stock ticker symbol in the SimAsia Stock Exchange is ZHGHI.



This lot comes in both a ploppable and a growable CO§§§, both of them providing 3,200 jobs.  The ploppable provides a landmark effect of +18 over a 55-tile radius, a Mayor Rating effect of +10 over a 48-tile radius, and costs §96,000 to plop.  The growable is a stage 7 part of the Houston tileset that generates approximately §298 in taxes per month at 7%.  Both lots are 5x2 tiles and cost §3,570 to demolish.
