Zurich House
Zurich House is the Headquarters of Zurich Insurance UK. Completed in 1973 this is one of Portsmouth's most recognisable buildings and is the cities 5th tallest. The Black glass facade reflects the city and sits in the skyline easilly with subtle impact. The Building backs onto Victoria park and blends well with the trees.

Description:
Standing at 252 meters, the Donauturm Tower is a widely-recognized symbol of Vienna. Designed by architects Hannes Lintl and Robert Krapfenbauer, it was opened on 16 April 1964 (after 20 months of construction) for the International Viennese Gardening Show. It weighs 17,600 tons and is constructed of 3,740 m³ of concrete sitting on a foundation 8 meters deep and 31 meters across. There is a jump platform as well for the thrill-seekers. There are 776 stairs to the top and every November a "Stair Run" event is held. Currently the record stands at 3 minutes and 19 seconds.
It attracts approximately 450,000 visitors per year and as of December 2001 had a total of 15.6 million visitors.

When city planners began designing Eastland Grand, hey knew they needed a large building to attract the buisnesses. The design was finaly chosen for 4 Eastland Grand, 44 Stories of Modern Office Space in a large glass tower. The Blue Glass is designed to let in the optimum amount of light across the whole floor whilst reducing glare on computer screens and tv screens. The developers also wanted a place for the employees to go during breaks, 4 corners of roof space were alocated for a small garden. The Building was born.

Dev's Billboard Expansion
By Dev, with help from NDEX

This is a set of 1 lot with 29 billboards, that will be different each time you plop, they can be found in the rewards menu. The billboards will be an "add-on" to the originals found here. The original lot files can be deleted if you wish. This lot that I have placed in the rewards menu will work for all 59 billboards. The other ones will also work with all 59...your choice really.
